In middle of September 2013 in her trip to Komodo Island, the Former Ambassador of Vietnam Tourism had opportunity to meet and communicate with the Moeldoko General, Commander in Chief of Indonesia Armed Services when he visited the inauguration ceremony of Komodo Island of Indonesia officially became the world’s new wonders.

Sir Chavit Singson - National Security Adviser as Governor of Ilocos Sur province of Philippines was with Ly Nha Ky in his private jet on the occasion of visit Vietnam to congratulate her birthday in 2012. Sir Chavit Singson is also the one who helped Ly Nha Ky a lot in calling for Ha Long Bay voting to become the world’s new wonder in Philippines.

2)  Ly Nha Ky – Vice President of Viet Nam Trademake Association

The Viet Nam Trademake Association was founded according to document number 992/QĐ-BNV from the Minister of Home Affairs about creating the Viet Nam Trademake Association

In the first Grand Conference of the Viet Nam Trademake Association in 12/2013 in Ha Noi, Ly Nha Ky was voted to be the Vice President of the Association, handling and managing Vietnamese brands.

As a Vice President, Ly Nha Ky is responsible for working as one of the Executive Board Members to created programs and long term plans in aiding Vietnamese brands for sustainable growth, and both national and international market expansion.

On 29^th October 2014, Ly Nha Ky joined in the 1^st Congress on term 2014 – 2019 of Vietnam – Philippines Friendship Association (among the Assocation of friendly organizations in Vietnam) in Hanoi. Here she was trusted and nominated by the Association to be a member of the Standing Committee. This was also the Congress that marked the official establishment of Vietnam – Philippines Friendship Association, and Ly Nha Ky hoped that her role in the Association will play a good part to this friendly relations between 2 countries according to the purpose and criteria put forward by the Association.

 5)   Ly Nha Ky – The youngest Asian sponsor in the history of the Museum of Les Arts Décoratifs, France.

On 9^th February 2015 Ly Nha Ky officially became the youngest Asian sponsor in the history of the Museum of Les Arts Décoratifs, France. This event was rooted from her desire to contribute to the value of human culture. Whereby Ly Nha Ky could contribute to preserve relics and legacy for future generations, especially in fields of fashion and textile. This was also an opportunity to help promote Vietnamese images and people more to the world that Ly Nha Ky always craves to do.

6)   Ly Nha Ky – Vice President of Motor & Bike Federation of Vietnam

On 29^th February 2016 at the Congress VI of Motor & Bike Federation of Vietnam, the Former Tourism Ambassador – Actress – Entrepreneur Ly Nha Ky was appointed to be the Vice President being in charge of public relation of the Federation, among 5 other vice presidents. Ly Nha Ky is also the 1^st female Vice President in the history of Motor & Bike Federation of Vietnam.

 

Hearing Ly Nha Ky’s urge to contribute her efforts into building up the movement of motor & bike sport at home as well as to develop international relations with Motor & Bike Federations abroad, delegates agreed to nominate her into the Executive board in role of the Vice President of Federation with the largest number of votes. 7)  Ly Nha Ky - The individual sponsor for the Cinéfondation of Cannes Film Festival

The Cinefondation was established by Sir Pierre Viot and Gilles Jacob. Both are Former President of Cannes Film Festival. Sir Viot is the very first President of the Cinéfondation organization, after that Sir Jacob is in charge of this position until now.  The Cinéfondation was established since 1998 from the zeal of Head of Cannes Film Festival, with the desire to continuously seeking for new talents to nurture them and contribute to educate big names of world movie industry. Every year the Cinéfondation selects 15 to 20 short and medium-length films from film schools all over the world for competition. This prestigious magazine claimed: “Actress, model, supporter of international young talents’ cinema via the Cinéfondation, ambassador of Vietnam and Vietnamese cinema in Cannes, Lý Nhã Kỳ is a very busy woman. Her appearance on the pontoon of La Plage Majestic 69 was one of the most conspicuous and well-liked.”

Gala magazine of France spent a whole page to introduce about Ly Nha Ky. Especially the magazine also compared the beauty to “Lady Di of Vietnam”. The article said: “A tribute to Vietnam, Ly Nha Ky, the Vietnamese star, dressed in a Georges Hobeika gown and adorned with Paolo Piovan jewelry, posed in the lobby of the Grand Hyatt Cannes Hotel Martinez before talking to the red carpet for the screening of the Graduation by Cristian Mungiu. The actress, who is heavily involved in charity work – to such an extent that she is called the “Lady Di of Vietnam” – is one of the sponsors of the Cinéfondation which awards three winners a sum that goes towards the development of a feature film. This globalisation message was received loud and clear by candidates from all over the world, including the winner of this year’s first prize. Or Sinai an Isarelli film-maker, who presented her film entitled Anna.”

The well-known Madame Figaro and Gala magazines favorably called the actress as “Lady Di of Vietnam” for bringing the honor to her country with beautiful acts at Cannes Film Festival 2016. “Being the Tourism Ambassador 2011 for her country, Ly Nha Ky proved her love for the movie by supporting the Cinefondation to strengthen new generations of film makers. Dedicating her heart for philanthropy, the actress was called “Lady Di of Vietnam” brought great honor for her country with such beautiful acts”.

“Lady Di” is a respectable name for Diana Princess, the woman who is considered as the icon of elegance and sophistication. To the western media, “Lady Di” is a rhetoric word to honor the legendary Diana Princess with admiration from the bottom of the soul, a powerful and top influential woman to the society in Europe at her time and until today.

8) Ly Nha Ky – Mindanao Tribe Princess - Philippines

On the 5^th of September, the King of all Asia – Mangacop Unipa Saud Al Hadj representing Mindanao Tribe  - the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region – Philippines signed the official document announcing Ly Nha Ky’s enthronement to the title of Princess of Asia and Viet Nam: Putri Ly Nha Ky (Princess of Asia and Vietnam).

This event would unite all royal members, Mindanao - Philippine Princesses, and bridge the gaps between other South East Asia Nations to push further the movement of peace, agreement, unity, and growth for the nation and other surrounding countries.

On December 15^th, 2016, Ly Nha Ky’s enthronement was officially held in the city of Davao (among Mindanao - Philippine group of islands). All royal members have gathered together for this special moment.  The representatives of many regions came forth with their local formal traditional outfit. The enthronement was held with a special security force to ensure the maximum lever of safety and smoothness to the ceremony.

The master of ceremony for the enthronement was King Sultan Mangacop Umpa Saud. This event also witnessed the appearances of President Durtete, Davao city’s officials, and nearly 1000 representatives from many different Mindanao Tribal regions.

King Sultan and President Durtete’s Secretary personally crowned Princess Ly Nha Ky. This royal event marked the revival of the official enthronement ceremony of the tribe.

During the ceremony, she sat on a royally golden chair in the middle of the stage, representing her position and pride. The royal family assigned a few personal assistants to Ly Nha Ky to help her with her outfit and overall image. Side by side with her were the King, Queen, and Princesses from different regions.

With he new title, Ly Nha Ky represented the royal family to conduct enthronement ceremonies for other princesses. She, along side with the King, handed each Mindanao person who came to the special event an official fiat with the announce of Ly Nha Ky to be a Princess, on which there were pictures of her and the king.

The Davao city Mayor’s Secretary shared that this was the first time there have been such a complete gathering of the people for a ceremony. This was not just only a royal event, but also a conference of unity. During the time, many scholars and leaders presented their work in the historical development and growth of the Mindanao tribal and their achievements throughout history. 

9) Ly Nha Ky was honored as the Woman of the Year 2017 at Elle Style Awards 2017

The night of the 28^th of June, the annual Elle Style Awards by Elle Magazine occurred in Ho Chi Minh City. The title Woman of the Year was officially given to actress – businesswoman Ly Nha Ky.

With her relentless contribution throughout the year, as well as her spectacular impression at the 70^th Cannes Film Festival, Ly Nha Ky was previously nominated for Woman of the Year. This special category was dedicated to honoring woman with influence in style and talent internationally.

Upon receiving this special title, Ly Nha Ky happily shared: "I am absolutely happy to see the judges and the public acknowledged all of my effort. As a patriotic individual, I have always been trying to bring Vietnam closer and closer to the world. I hope that there will be more and more helping hands ready to help putting more kids to school. That is also one of the ambitions of LYNK group this past few years.”
